Mark Smyth from Athletics Ireland launches the partnership with Change Hydration.
Mark smashed the National Irish Record for the 200m Indoor Sprint on 11th March 2023 at a time of 20.64 beating the previous record of 20.77 which had stood for the last 20 years.
